Working hours & support
We accept requests daily. Trip confirmation is recommended 2–3 days in advance for trips within Ukraine and 4–5 days for international routes. Your trip is supported by a manager 24/7, including weekends and holidays.
Order cancellation policy
International transportation
In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the scheduled transfer date, the prepayment is non-refundable. If cancelled 72 hours in advance, 50% of the transfer cost will be refunded.
Transportation within Ukraine
In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled transfer date, the prepayment is non-refundable. If cancelled 48 hours in advance, 50% of the transfer cost will be refunded.
